Companies in Ávila, Arévalo and the Tiétar valley: the corporate account for visitors arriving at Ávila station or Barajas, industrial-estate staff and business trips, with one invoice a month
The corporate account is a way of paying and invoicing, with no fee and no minimum: authorised people book by phone, email, WhatsApp or API, every trip has its price fixed in advance, the traveller neither pays nor keeps receipts and at month end one invoice arrives with VAT itemised and one line per job with date, route, passenger and cost centre. In Ávila it solves two things: that the visitor arrives on a conventional train from Chamartín, infrequent and at a station outside the walls, or flies to Barajas and has to cross the mountains along the AP-6; and that in the Tiétar valley there is no train, so everything that arrives, arrives by road. Ávila to Chamartín is 109 km and about 85 min; Ávila to Barajas, 125 km.

How does a visitor reach a company in Ávila?
It depends on the side of the range. To the capital and La Moraña the visitor arrives on the conventional train that leaves Chamartín and passes through El Escorial, to Ávila station, outside the walls, or to Arévalo, on the line towards Medina del Campo; it is not high speed and services are few, so the train time rules over the meeting time. From the station there is no public way to turn up on time at an estate in the capital or a warehouse in Arévalo: the job is booked with the train number and the company as destination, the app follows delays and the driver waits at the door with the visitor's name. No train reaches the Tiétar valley: the visitor flies to Barajas or arrives in Madrid and comes down the valley by car. Anyone flying to Barajas to reach Ávila crosses the mountains along the AP-6, with the job booked with the flight number and a pickup in arrivals with a sign.
The figures are the route engine's, the same for a company as for an individual: Ávila to Chamartín, 109 km from 143,88 €; Ávila to Barajas, 125 km along the AP-51 and the AP-6, from 167,97 €; Arévalo to Barajas along the A-6, on the same logic; Arenas de San Pedro to Talavera de la Reina, 45 km over the Pico pass. There is no surge or time-of-day surcharge: the price agreed when booking is the one on the invoice. If the company prefers the N-110 and the Alto del León to the AP-51 and AP-6 tolls, it says so on the account and that applies to all its jobs; tolls follow the published conditions.
What staff and business trips do the province's companies ask for?
Staff where the bus does not arrive in time for the shift, and in Ávila that is almost always. The capital's industrial estates receive suppliers, auditors and technicians arriving by train and shift workers who live in the villages of the Amblés valley; Arévalo and La Moraña have agri-food industry tied to cereal, with the A-6 on the doorstep; the Tiétar valley lives on hospitality, second-home building and the market gardens of Candeleda, with crews that have to be taken on time; Cebreros has its wineries. It is booked as one service with several stops: the company gives the clock-in time and the addresses, the platform works out the run with staggered pickups and one price for the whole thing, and if it repeats it is left as a fixed service for as many weeks as needed, with the same driver, who already knows which gate the estate uses, and is cancelled at no cost at the end.
And business trips. The manager to Chamartín with a margin for the train or to Barajas to fly, with the return booked to the flight and arrival tracking; the trade fair at IFEMA, 115 km from the capital, with several cars coordinated for the same entry time; meetings in Salamanca along the A-50 and dealings with the regional government in Valladolid, via Arévalo and the A-6. During Santa Teresa, around the fifteenth of October, and the Medieval Festival in early September there are closures by the walls and the old-town hotels fill up: transfers from the station are booked in advance, the pickup point is whatever the town hall's traffic plan allows and the price does not rise because it is a festival.
How is the account opened, and who may book?
From the companies page, with the tax details and the authorised people; the account is opened on the spot and marked as corporate in billing, with no lock-in and no fee. The usual setup in an Ávila or Arévalo company is to authorise two or three people, reception, management and whoever organises visits, and have the rest go through them; it can also be opened to the whole team with a cap per job. Each booking is confirmed in writing with the route, time, passenger and price, and is tied to the cost centre named by whoever books. Repeating visits and shift runs are left fixed with the same driver; if the company would rather have its own system book, there is a keyed API to quote, book and check the status of the job, and a widget that drops into the intranet in two lines.
Who drives is in writing before the pickup. The account, the price, the confirmation and the invoice are always the platform's, with the same contact person; the trip is performed by the VTC available soonest, its own or that of a partner fleet in the province checked before being given a single job, under its own authorisation, and the company knows who is driving before, not after. Every job carries a trip sheet issued before it starts and its filing with the register, in case compliance asks. For a Tiétar company this matters: the car collecting in Sotillo or Arenas belongs to that side of the range, not one that crosses the Pico pass to get there.
What does the invoice include, and what if the train is late or it snows on the Alto del León?
One grouped invoice a month, with VAT itemised at the passenger-transport rate and one line per job with date, route, passenger, cost centre and amount, reconciling with the written confirmations; if the company works by centres, it is broken down by centre, the capital's plant on one side and the Arévalo office on another. Nobody pays up front or files an expense claim, and the company pays by bank transfer to the platform, not to the driver. There is no fee, minimum or lock-in; with high volume a rate can be discussed, and the companies page shows an indicative rate by sector and usual route before asking for one in writing.
If the visitor's train is late, the job carries the number and the app follows it: the pickup moves by itself and the published courtesy wait runs from the actual arrival. If a meeting runs long, the driver is told by message and the extended wait is billed at the rate, with a warning before it starts counting, never after; cancellation follows the policy published in the conditions, which are the same ones the contract signs. In winter the province has its passes: the Alto del León and the Guadarrama tunnel towards Madrid, the Pico pass between the Tiétar and the capital, Villatoro towards El Barco. A job over any of them is confirmed the day before, the time is brought forward if there is snow or ice and, if a road is closed, the customer is told through the app rather than being let down; the price does not change.
What other companies in the province use the account?
The hotels of Ávila's old town and the rural houses of Gredos and the Tiétar, to take guests to the station or to Barajas with the charge on the room; clinics and insurers, for unaccompanied transfers to appointments at the Nuestra Señora de Sonsoles hospital or to referrals in Salamanca and Madrid, with the invoice to the insurer; schools and camps, for outings with several cars to the Plataforma de Gredos or the Toros de Guisando; wedding organisers at the estates of the Tiétar and the Alberche; and agencies moving groups around the walls. Each sector has its own page with what changes in its case, industrial estates, hotels, clinics, weddings and schools; the account is the same for all.
For companies in the south of the province the account is used looking to Madrid and Talavera, not to Ávila. A transfer from Sotillo de la Adrada to central Madrid is 87 km down the valley and the M-501; an appointment at the Sonsoles hospital from Candeleda, 104 km with the Pico pass in between and a booked wait; and a Madrid client's visit to a Tiétar company on a Friday afternoon competes with second-home traffic, so it is booked in advance. They are ordinary intercity trips, with the same fixed price and the same line on the invoice as an Ávila to Chamartín run.
Frequently asked questions
Does the corporate account have a fee or a lock-in?
No. It is a way of paying and invoicing: no fee, no minimum and no lock-in contract. With high volume a rate can be discussed, which is agreed in writing.
How does a visitor from Madrid reach a company in the Tiétar valley?
By road, because no train reaches the valley: from Barajas or central Madrid the route comes down the valley and the M-501, without going through Ávila. Arenas de San Pedro to Barajas is 189 km; it is booked with the flight number.
What if the visitor's train is late?
The job carries the train number and the app follows it: the pickup moves by itself and the published courtesy wait starts counting at the actual arrival, without changing the price.
Can a shift run to an Ávila industrial estate be fixed?
Yes: it is left as a fixed service at the same time every day, with staggered pickups and the same driver, for as many weeks as needed, and cancelled at no cost at the end. The fixed-service page explains it.
Can the toll-free route between Ávila and Madrid be requested?
Yes: the account or each booking can state a preference for the N-110 and the Alto del León over the AP-51 and the AP-6, in exchange for more time. Tolls, when used, follow the published conditions.

How we write, where the figures come from and how we correct an error: editorial policy.
The account's conditions (authorised people, caps, cost centres, route preference) are set when it is opened and can be adjusted later. Kilometre, minute and price figures are those of the route engine when the page is opened, in daytime without incidents; the VAT rate is the one published by the tax agency on the date consulted.
